I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Ribeauville. The location was perfect, close to the clock tower and the church, immersing me in the charming atmosphere of the town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had its own unique style. The breakfast, although minimal as is typical in French hotels, included a delightful chocolate croissant. The hotel's convenient parking option was a smart choice as space can be limited in the medieval city.

Great Location. Wonderful staff. Perfect. Even let us check in very early! Bonus! Both the hotel and the staff were amazing! The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby attractions and activities to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. It truly made our city break experience a memorable one.
It was not properly prepared and was covered in slippery moss and pine cones. This made it unsafe to play on, and one of us even ended up getting injured.

The thanksgiving experience was amazing! the complementary facts offered by the hotel were delightful, especially the welcome drinks that we enjoyed upon arrival. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We also loved the fact that the hotel was near some of the most famous tourist attractions. Another advantage of staying at this hotel was the comfortable bed that ensured we had a good night's sleep.
The room we stayed in was a little bit old-fashioned, but it did not really bother us as it was clean and comfortable. we would have appreciated having air conditioning in the room, as it did get quite warm during the hot weather.
